Register an Individual

Returning Member/Regular Login

Go to the link below to join USA Volleyball if you were a member last year. You will be sent to a login screen. If you know your username & password, enter them.  You will be sent to a screen with your information. If you do not remember your password, select the Forgot Password option on the left hand side of the screen. A screen will ask for a username, or an email address and a birth date.  The password will be emailed to the email address the Online Registration system has for you.  If you do not remember your username or you have changed your email address, contact the Region office and we will tell you your username & password.  Once you have your username & password, use the link below and a screen with your information will appear.

Correct any data that needs correcting, select the appropriate club if you are joining a club, and when you submit your registration, a screen confirming your registration will appear. Print this screen for your records.  If a background screen is required, a set of screens will appear with Background Screen questions.  You will be able to electronically sign the Background Consent form this year, so no printed material is required of an individual user to register. Mail them to the regional office with a check for the appropriate membership fee only if you are not part of a club organization!

New Member

Go to the link below to join USA Volleyball if you were not a member last year. A screen asking for registration data will appear. Fields with red asterisks are required. When you hit the continue button on the bottom of the screen, the screen will fill with membership type selection and Participant Role choices. Select the appropriate membership type and role choices. Once you submit the form, a confirmation screen will appear that you will want to print. At the bottom of the screen, there will be at least one icon for a Code of Conduct and Waiver & Release form, and a Background Screen Consent form if you are an Adult member affiliated with a Junior Program. Print both of those forms, sign them, and take them to your club if you are with a club. Mail them to the regional office with a check for the appropriate membership fee only if you are not part of a club organization!

Paying for Your Membership

If you are a member of a Junior Club, your club will send in a check covering your membership.  If you are an adult who is not a member of a club, send a check to the regional office for your membership fees. The region does not accept debit/credit cards for any fees.
