Register an Individual

Returning Member from 2006-07

Go to the link below to join USA Volleyball if you were a member last year. You will be sent to a screen that will request a login. It will ask for name, birth date, and an email address. Click the Request a Login button. The login and a password will be emailed to the address you specified, along with a link to do the registration. When you log in a screen will ask you to create a new password, and then an Online Registration link will appear. When you select it, a screen with your information from last year will be presented. Correct any data that needs correcting, and when you submit your registration, a screen confirming your registration will appear. Print this screen and a Background Screen Consent form if an icon for it appears. Sign the Background Screen form, and submit to your club if you are with a club. Mail them to the regional office with a check for the appropriate membership fee only if you are not part of a club organization!

New Member

Go to the link below to join USA Volleyball if you were not a member last year. A screen asking for registration data will appear. Fields with red asterisks are required. When you hit the continue button on the bottom of the screen, the screen will fill with membership type selection and Participant Role choices. Select the appropriate membership type and role choices. Once you submit the form, a confirmation screen will appear that you will want to print. At the bottom of the screen, there will be at least one icon for a Code of Conduct and Waiver & Release form, and a Background Screen Consent form if you are an Adult member affiliated with a Junior Program. Print both of those forms, sign them, and take them to your club if you are with a club. Mail them to the regional office with a check for the appropriate membership fee only if you are not part of a club organization!
