Registration Troubleshooting and Frequently Asked Questions

The following items are covered in the tips below:

If you don't find the answer you need in this list, please contact John at the Office.

1.  How do I logon to review my membership information?

If you have already begun the registration process this year, you may logon at the following link:

Login Link =https://webpoint.usavolleyball.org/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp

If you haven't logged on to your account on the USA-Volleyball membership system yet, please go to the Register page and follow the instructions.

2.  After I completed the online form, I didn't realize that I needed to print the form and the other registration documents.  I exited the website, and now I don't have the forms I need to sign and turn in.  How can I print the forms now?

Until the regional office receives your form and fees, every time you login you will be presented with an icon that will print the forms that are required.  If you need to print them again, click on the icon and then print.

3.  My computer doesn't seem to be able to print the forms.

The forms you need to print are downloaded to your computer as files saved in the Adobe "pdf" format.  If you haven't installed the Adobe software on your computer, you will need to download and install the Acrobat Reader software which is free and available from this link:

4.  I followed the instructions on the Registration page, but the email with my login name and the initial password wasn't sent to my computer.

Emails sometimes don't arrive at your computer because some email providers see the email as spam or junk mail.  Check the spam section of you email account to see if it got filed there.

To help identify the source of the the problem, try the "Forgot Password" menu option on the Online Registration screen.   Send the email to a home email account - we think some companies block the email instead of putting it in a spam folder.

5.  I keep getting errors and unpredictable results in the course of registering.  The online form doesn't seem to be working.

Get entirely out of the browser and try again. Sometimes the browser’s cache gets corrupted.

6.  I entered the wrong volleyball club on my registration form, how can I change it?

You cannot change the Club on your online registration once it has been submitted.   But don't worry, it is not a problem, as the office will put the player into the club that submits their Waiver & Release form along with payment of fees to the regional office.

7.  My family has just one email address, but several of our kids need to register, and the online system uses the email address as a user ID.  What can I do?

If the email address is already being used, the system will modify your entry by adding _1, _1_2, etc to the email address to create a unique user id. There are clubs which have registered all their players using one email address, but the usernames are different due to the addition of the suffix above.  But remember that you will need to save this user id including the added characters so you can check your information.

8.  I didn't print the Junior Player Medical History and Release form when I completed my on line registration.  Now my coach wants me to turn it in.  But I can't seem to find the form on the USA-Volleyball site.

You can download and print the form from this link:

Player Medical History and Release

You will need

which may be downloaded from Adobe (icon above is a link.)  The form requires parent/guardian signatures.
