The Puget Sound Region Executive Board passed a motion by Tony Miranda to remove the roster freeze rule from Region rules. Within the region, clubs are not required to freeze rosters at any time in the season, though when any National bid is won by a team, the roster that won the bid is frozen for purposes of National play.
